Tuesday - October 6th
Greensboro Writers’ Guild
The notes have arrived-- better late than never! Tuesday’s greatly anticipated meeting was as much fun as expected. Gay Williford’s visit was the highlight of the afternoon. Glad to have you back, Gay, even for a day.
Bill Boughner began our meeting by collecting the [ten dollar] donations for November’s reading to be held on Tuesday afternoon, November 3d at 2:00. Be sure to invite spouses, friends and family to this gathering. If you’d rather pay by check, then make it payable to GWG and mail it to Bill at 1320 North Shore Dr., Greensboro GA 30642.
Davis Temple was absent from our group since he was undergoing cataract surgery. Hope all went well and his eyesight is much improved. We’re thinking of you, Davis!
