Pre-Valentine’s Day tea with Athens author, Genie Bernstein
Dear fellow GWG members,
Today from 2 - 4, the Georgia Writers Museum hosted a lovely pre-Valentine’s Day tea, featuring Athens author, Genie Bernstein. Mrs. Bernstein spoke about how and why she began her writing career, as well as the way her “fictive life” has developed thereafter. Her presentation also included a brief reading from her new book: “Act on the heart.”
Five members of the GWG were in attendance: George Heiring, Linda Wagner, Jenny Bates, Jeanne Herrero and Kathy Wright. Please see attached pictures from the day’s romantic-themed event.
